Piligrim who book for Accommodation should bring their printed copy of their receipt
The pilgrim should produce their original ID proof at the time of availing the Accommodation.
Accommodation will not be given to single (one) person and will be allowed to maximum of 4 persons only.
If Pilgrims fails to avail the accommodation in stipulated Timeslot, No consideration will be done.
Caution deposit (if any) will be refunded to the original source of the payment post vacation of room.
In the event of not availing the accommodation on the specified date and stipulated Timeslot, only caution deposit (if any) will be refunded.
No accommodation will be given to single person / Unmarried couple / Minors.
YTDA Administration reserves the right of cancellation of the accommodation under any special circumstances.

Consumption of Alcohol, smoking and non-vegetarian food is not allowed. Necessary actions will be taken

Cancellation / Modification Policy

Reservation is sought to be cancelled before 48 hours in advance of the check-in date/time, cancellation charge shall be deducted at a flat rate of 10%.
Reservation is sought to be cancelled within 48 hours before the check-in date/time, cancellation charges shall be deducted at a rate of 20%.
No refunds shall be allowed if the cancellation is sought within 24 hours before check-in date/time or after check-in date/time.
Preponement / Postponement is allowed only for one time subject to room availability.
